OTF Knives for Sale

OTF knives for sale: what to buy

An OTF (out the front) knife keeps its blade inside the handle. Push the thumb slide forward and the blade fires straight out the tip. We have more than 200 out the front knives in stock, from about $13 for a mini to about $80 for a full-size Damascus model. Before you buy, read what to check before you buy an OTF knife.

Double action OTF knives

On a double action OTF, the same slide fires the blade out and pulls it back in. It is the most popular kind and the easiest to carry. Good picks: the Road Heritage, the Stars & Stripes and the budget Teddy Tactician. See every double action OTF knife by size.

Single action OTF knives

A single action OTF fires out with the slide, and you pull a charging handle to reset the blade. It has a strong spring and a simple design. Try the Patriot's Resolve, the Stars & Stripes Covert or the Silent Vector.

Mini OTF knives

Mini OTFs fit on a keychain or in a coin pocket and cost $13 to $16. Popular minis: the Patriot's Snap, the Shadowline mini and the pink Kitty Pop. Full list: mini OTF knives for sale.

Damascus, G10 and carbon fiber OTF knives

For a nicer handle or blade, look at the Golden Current with a gold Damascus-pattern blade, the Sandline in desert tan G10, or the Redline Weave XL in carbon fiber. Prefer a double-edge blade? See the Shadow Vector OTF dagger. For a curved blade, try the ArchAngel OTF karambit.

Cheap OTF knives

Minis and a handful of other OTFs cost under $20. See cheap OTF knives under $20 and OTF knives under $50.

Where to buy an OTF knife online

Buy from a store that names the action (double or single), blade length, blade steel and handle material on every listing, and ships what is shown. Every OTF here is in stock and ships from Richardson, Texas. Orders are age-verified, and some states and cities restrict automatic knives, so read our shipping and age rules and the state-by-state knife law guide first. This is not legal advice.
